2026 Talent Agility Symposium

Clients, industry professionals and NEI team members gathered in Omaha for NEI’s 2026 Talent Agility Symposium, bringing together different perspectives around a shared goal: helping organizations navigate the changing world of talent mobility.

Throughout the symposium, conversations explored change management, program governance, the future of the mobility function, industry challenges and demonstrating mobility’s value. Sessions from Brian Parsley, Kayla Conrad and Michelle Hill, along with panels, breakouts and client roundtables, offered plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas and consider new approaches.

Just as important were the conversations outside the sessions. From the welcome reception at The Durham Museum to networking throughout the day and the Client Recognition Dinner, the symposium gave attendees time to reconnect, build new relationships and learn directly from one another.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Omaha and helped make this year’s symposium such a meaningful experience. We appreciate the ideas, candid conversations and perspectives shared throughout the event, and we look forward to carrying those conversations forward.
